Visited on Saturday December 23rd. My son and I needed gifts for several family members so we planned which stores we'd need to visit and arrived at around 10:30 AM. Parking was available and the mall wasn't crowded at 10:30. We found everything we needed in 2 stores and were in and out in an hour. Mall was relatively clean. My only major issue was the fact the stores change quite frequently and the directory visuals were mostly broken and map online was not up to date for this year.

Every time I go here, the staff are always friendly. Whether it be on the floor or register. I may not always find what I’m looking for, but I always leave with a minimum of one pare of shoes. Thank you for the professionalism.

My problem with Holyoke Mall is that the main elevator has been out for the better part of the holiday season and is still out of order. This creates a serious issue for people in wheel chairs and with baby carriages. Without the central elevator we are denied access to the food court and Burlington Coat Factory, which was where I was planning to go when I got there. There are two other elevators, one in JCPenny's and the other in Macy's, however they do not go down to the lower level so don't waste your time looking for them! Left the mall very upset and disappointed! I'm not a lawyer, but aren't establishments such as malls suppose to provide wheelchair access to all levels especially ones providing access to food???

What an awesome place. The directories don't work and there simply aren't enough official mall staff like security guards that don't actually power trip and try to look like they're badass. But overall a very nice place.

Over the years I’ve gone to the mall less and less. I’ve watched the cracks in the floor get larger- it doesn’t matter how much tile you place over them- they’re still there. The place is in total disrepair. Escalators and elevators remain broken -for years- it’s obvious that the customers safety isn’t a concern to pyramid outside of the few lumbering mall cops. It’s clear that the people are spending money, and It’s ALSO clear that the landlords AREN’T. The food court barely has more to offer than the 99, bourbon chicken, subs, McDonalds or pizza. We can get this stuff anywhere quite frankly. With less crowd, and better parking. At this point there’s no reason to come here ESPECIALLY with the decision to evict the Greek place. That was my go to. I hope they do find another spot. Keep your dying mall.
